9th Judicial District Deputy District Attorney, Tony Hershey, was recently awarded the Board Member of the Year award at the 2013 Senate Bill 94 Training Conference. The award recognized Mr. Hershey’s nine years of service to the local juvenile service planning committee, dedication to juvenile justice, and advocacy for young people. Garfield Juvenile District Court Judge Paul Metzger presented the award before a gathering of over 200 people.
